The tour group's hotel in Moscow

The Korston Orlyonok Hotel where the group stayed while in Moscow and the venue of the Eurasian Workshop which provided the context to the visits in Russia and China that followed.

Following the end of the North American module of the tour on the evening of Friday 14th July, the ongoing group had travelled from Sudbury, via Toronto and London to arrive in Moscow on the mid afternoon of Sunday 16th July, to rendezvous with the new starters at the Orlyonok Hotel that evening, prior to the commencement of the Russian segment in the form of the Eurasian Workshop, early next morning.
