At the Norilskgeologiya offices, Talnakh. Norilskgeologiya is responsible for regional exporation in the Taymir region surrounding Noril'sk. Right:  Chief Geologist Sergei Snisar describes the regional geological and metallogenic setting of the Noril'sk - Talnakh deposits in front of a geotectonic map of the Siberian Craton.   Centre & Left:  The group studies drill core from the overlying basalts and coal measures, through the host sill and the different ore styles to the mineralised and barren footwall sequence, with Norilskgeologiya geologists.
