At the Bor high sulphidation and porphyry Au-Cu complex in Serbia.   After travelling by road from Sofia in Bulgaria to Bor in eastern Serbia during the morning and early afternoon of Thursday 25 September, the group was given a detailed briefing on the setting, geology and mineralisation of the Bor district and specific deposits (left image) by internationally known expert on the district, Dejan Kozelj (left).   Next morning, a cold day with teaming rain, the group was taken to the upper benches of the now dormant Bor open pit mine to study its geology and mineralisation with, Dejan Kozelj (right image).
