Beijing Workshop  -  The tour commenced with a comprehensive workshop in Beijing, presented by internationally recognised expert on Chinese gold deposits, Dr Taihe (Joe) Zhou (inset left - principal of the Melbourne / Beijing based Sino-QZ Group) entitled   "Overview of the Tectonic, Metallogenic and Geological Setting, and Characteristics of Gold Deposits in China"   to provide a context to the deposits visited in the China segment of the tour.
