Sunrise Dam briefing.   After spending the night in Kalgoorlie, the group boarded their charter aircraft early on the morning of Friday 18 November, and flew to the AngloGold Ashanti Sunrise Dam mine to land at the mine airstrip.   They were met at the airport and ferried to the mine complex to undergo a safety induction and test before being given a comprehensive briefing by Sheraz Raza of AngloGold Ashanti's exploration group, detailing the regional- to mine-scale setting, geology, structure, alreration and mineralisation of the deposit.
